# Troubleshooting

Fixes for common problems.

## A course I expected isn't there

Courses follow Discord roles. Check you have the role, then sign out and back in, or ask a manager who the course is assigned to.

## A share link doesn't work

The link may have been turned off, or replaced by a new one. Ask whoever sent it.

## I can't see Manage

Only roles chosen as managers can see it. Ask your server's Super Users.

## I passed but didn't get the Discord role

The bot's role must be above the role it's giving. A Super User can fix this under **Server Settings → Roles**.

## I'm not getting messages

Check you allow direct messages from people in that server. Your courses still appear in **My learning**.

## A video won't play

The video may have been removed, or its owner may not allow embedding. Ask whoever wrote the course to replace it.
