# Connecting Crew and Aptio

New hires get their courses, and passes appear on their Crew record. Needs Nøyra Premium.

If your server has [Nøyra Premium](/crew/premium) and uses both Crew and Aptio, they work together:

- **New hires:** adding someone with a linked Discord account to Crew gives them the courses from any Aptio [onboarding rule](/aptio/onboarding) set to **is added to Crew**.
- **Passes:** passing an Aptio course adds a completed training to their Crew record, with Aptio as the provider.

There's nothing to turn on in Crew. Sensa is never part of this.
