# Get support

Can't find what you're looking for in the docs? Join the Nøyra support server and open a ticket — we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

## Join the support server

Head to [noyralabs.com/discord](https://noyralabs.com/discord) to join the Nøyra support server. Accept the rules and you're in.

## Go to #get-support

Find the `#get-support` channel in the channel list. This is where all support tickets are opened.

## Select a topic and provide details

Click **Create Ticket**, choose the topic that best fits your issue, and fill in the requested information. The more detail you provide upfront, the faster we can help.

-   Your server name and ID
-   What you were trying to do
-   What happened instead
-   Any error messages you saw
