# Action plans

Give a low score an owner and a date, then tell people what changed. Needs Nøyra Premium.

Under **Action plans**, write what will happen, who owns it and when it's due. Line managers see their own team's plans, and overall management sees them all. This needs [Nøyra Premium](/sensa/premium).

When it's done, choose **Finish** and say what changed. You can choose to tell everyone: it then appears as **You said, we did** on their home page, and in the channel your organization chose.

Action plans don't say who gave which feedback. Take care not to write anything that could point to someone.
