# Understanding your scores

Engagement, eNPS and participation.

-   **Engagement** averages the six standard themes, shown from 0 to 100.
-   **eNPS** is the share who'd strongly recommend you (9 or 10), minus the share who wouldn't (0 to 6). It runs from -100 to 100.
-   **Participation** is the share of invited people who responded.

The trend over time usually tells you more than any single number.
