Every product uses the same levels: Super User, Manager and Member. Crew also has View only. Levels come from your Discord roles, and each product checks them again every few minutes.
Products don't share levels
Each product has its own settings, and no product asks another who is an admin. So someone who runs HR in Crew doesn't automatically manage training in Aptio. A Super User chooses the roles in each product's settings.
Who is a Super User

An example
Your server has an @HR role, set to Super User in Crew. Its holders are Super Users in Crew, and Members in Aptio until someone picks @HR in Aptio's settings.
