Under Action plans, write what will happen, who owns it and when it's due. Line managers see their own team's plans, and overall management sees them all. This needs Nøyra Premium.
When it's done, choose Finish and say what changed. You can choose to tell everyone: it then appears as You said, we did on their home page, and in the channel your organization chose.
Action plans don't say who gave which feedback. Take care not to write anything that could point to someone.
