In Course details, choose a Discord role, or Everyone. People who gain that role later get the course too. Turn on Required to set how many days people have to finish.
When you publish, the course appears under My learning for everyone assigned. If it's required, the bot also messages them with a link, and again two days before it's due. For an optional course, share its link yourself, for example in a channel.
