Open a form's Responses tab.
- Summary shows a chart for each choice and rating question, and lists written answers.
- Each response shows one person's answers at a time, and lets you delete a response.
- Download CSV gives you a file for any spreadsheet.
If you change or remove an option later, answers already given stay in your results under their old wording.
Only managers and Super Users can see responses.
