Open Activity to log the time you put in and see how you're doing against your organization's requirements. Super Users decide what can be logged; see Activity setup.

Note: You need a Crew profile linked to your Discord account to log activity. If the page says your account isn't linked, ask a manager to link it.

Logging time

Click Log activity and fill in:

  • Type, and a Sub-division if the type has them.
  • Date, Started and Ended. A shift that runs past midnight is handled: an end time earlier than the start counts as the next day.
  • Notes (optional): what you did.
  • Proof (if the type asks for it): up to five links to screenshots or clips, starting with https://.

If the type needs approval, the entry shows as pending until your manager approves it, and it only counts once approved.

Clocking in and out

Instead of typing times, click Clock in when you start and Clock out when you finish. The button shows how long you've been clocked in. In Discord, use /crew clockin and /crew clockout.

  • You can only be clocked in once at a time.
  • When you clock out you can add notes and a proof link.
  • A clock-in left open for more than 24 hours is discarded. Log that time by hand instead.

Your hours and requirements

Your activity lists your entries, newest first, with their status. Your requirements shows each requirement that applies to you, such as "4 hours per week", your hours This week or This month, and whether you've met it.

You can delete your own entries while they're pending or rejected. Approved entries can only be deleted by a Super User. /crew status shows the same summary in Discord.

For managers: your team

Managers see the members in their reporting line; Super Users see everyone. Switch with Team views:

  • Hours: one row per member with their status (active, inactive or on leave), total hours and hours per type for the chosen Period (this week or this month), their Last activity of each type, and whether they meet their Requirements. Filter by Department.
  • Approvals: entries waiting for your approval. Approve or Reject each one, optionally with a note. The member is told either way.

Export CSV downloads the hours table, for example for a monthly report.

Tip: "Inactive" means no approved activity for the number of days set in Settings → Activity (14 by default). Approved leave never counts against anyone: members on leave show as on leave.

Troubleshooting

  • My entry doesn't count. It's probably pending approval. Check its status under Your activity.
  • "Your clock-in was more than 24 hours ago". The open clock-in was discarded. Use Log activity with the real times.
  • A type is missing from the list. It may have been archived. Ask a Super User.
