Under Reviews, managers can run probation check-ins and review cycles, and everyone can see their own reviews and goals. Only the person and the managers in their reporting line can see them. This needs Nøyra Premium.
Running a review
- Add a review for one person, as a probation check-in or a review.
- Start a review cycle to give everyone you manage, or one department, a review with the same title and due date. Nobody gets the same title twice.
Each person is told by Discord message, and can add their own notes first. A manager then chooses Finish, with a rating out of 5 and a summary. Nobody can finish their own review.
Goals
Anyone can set goals for themselves, and managers can set them for their team. Each goal is open, done or dropped.
If Premium ends, reviews and goals stay readable, but new ones can't be added.
